A little bit holey, but in the main, just very well powered up 5m weather. The gusts would have challenged the 4.5m but the holes meant having to stick with the Syncro rather than wave board. Some big jumps, about 1/2 hour when the waves could be ridden. Three hours sailing can definately clear a big hangover !
